Gotham Construction, Inc., is a full service concierge Construction Firm. We provide residential and commercial construction services. We are LEED AP certified, have in house architects, engineers and designers. Our Mission Statement is to offer a range of services that far exceed that of a typical Construction Company. To begin, it is our intent to go above and beyond the Client’s needs. We truly believe that good customer service is a lost art. From conception, inception, to realization, we will do everything within our means to instill trust, and security to our clients. We enforce a no slick salesmen-ship mentality, or hidden costs, we operate under the principle of 100% accountability and guarantee all of our work. We stick to your budget, and create realistic achievable schedules. We stay in close communication with our Clients at all times. We offer company issued Ipads, by utilizing Skype, anytime you are not physically present at the job site, you are enabled to see all work in real time, mitigating any potential confusion, allowing for uninterrupted workflow. Our goal is to maintain a long term successful relationship with all of our clients by delivering the best possible experience.
